The Main Office for U3A Hawthorn is situated at 26 Sinclair Avenue, Glen Iris on the site previously occupied by the Glen Iris Bowling Club [Melways 59 G6].

The nearest railway station is Gardiner, on the Glen Waverley line. There is a tram service via Burke Road and Commercial/Malvern Road; catch tram Number 72 and alight at stop number 52. Proceed into Harris Avenue and turn left, following the park, into Sinclair Avenue.
